Upstate Physician Services is excited to announce the expansion and development of our new Fitness, Nutrition, and Weight Management Programs in our 3 locations: Delmar, Troy, and New Hartford. Each location will have a unique design but a consistent vision: to bring all aspects of health and wellness to community.

Delmar is NOW OPEN, New Hartford will be completed very soon and is taking free consultations now! Troy is on it's way!

Revive Wellness Delmar features a diverse selection of group classes in our brand new facility including: Indoor Cycling featuring 20 all new computerized Kaiser Bikes, HIIT training, Yoga, Body Sculpting, Dance, Indoor Water Rowing, Resistance and Cross Training, Outdoor Obstacle Training, plus nutrition guidance. Our building will also include childcare and locker room amenities. All our programs are overseen by professional and experienced exercise physiologists and our entire practice is supervised by physicians.
