Rex Painting & Home Maintenance

I started out working for a roofing & siding contractor back in 1985. I then worked framing with both metal & wood & hanging drywall. Followed by a home building contractor doing a bit of everything pouring footers , framing, insulating, siding, roofing & painting. I began as an independent contractor in 1988 by contract painting new homes. Painted higher end homes until around '95 before focusing on repainting & maintenance work. Acquiring additional skills along the way I have done drywall & plaster repairs, wallpaper removal, ceiling textures,wallpapering, framing & trim carpentry, replacing doors & windows, water damage repairs. I usually prefer to refer my plumbing & electrical work. However I occasionally install ceiling fans light fixture replacements & minor plumbing. I have a good base of general construction knowledge and if I do not personally possess the skills then I know someone with the needed skills.
I also have been involved in doing cabinet & trim installation in some commercial jobs for Elizabeth Arden Salons & Spas
