Rhetson Companies, Inc. (RCI) is an award winning residential and commercial building company located in the beautiful Sandhills of North Carolina. The company was founded in 2002 primarily as a high quality custom homebuilder. RCI diversified in 2009, adding commercial projects to its portfolio, including Advance Auto Parts, Dollar General Stores in NC and VA, Dunkin Donuts, Brixx Pizza and Retail and Medical office spaces.

Commercially, Rhetson, along with its sister company, Par 5 Development Group, LLC, has become a preferred developer for Dollar General Stores, completing an average of 40+ stores a year in territories in NC, SC, and VA.

Residentially, Rhetson has achieved a reputation as a high quality custom home builder, by way of a very talented and professional team of people, and has received Home of the Year Awards, in multiple categories, from the Moore County Home Builder’s Association, every year they have entered.

RCI currently holds unlimited licenses for General Contracting in the states of NC, VA and a BD4 GC license in SC.
