It all started with a love for smoking and grilling many cuts and varieties of meat. after years of trials and errors the end products was perfected to a point of competition level. many wins on the circuit created the idea of Rib Rack BBQ. The idea became a reality the spring of 1991 in Cleburne, Texas. The little BBQ place became a huge success and thrived for 10 years and more wins under our belt in the competition circuit. Rib Rack BBQ was closed due to my health as I was working myself to death between the restaurant and me being a full time locomotive engineer for the Santa Fe railroad in December of 2001. The original sauce stayed very popular and after much prodding it is now being offered for sale. It is the same sweet Smokey but spicy goodness that was enjoyed not only on smoked meats but with a bag of chips for dipping or whatever your imagination brings to your palate.
