Richfield of Dreams

We are two furniture stores in Richfield, Utah. We have new and used furniture, all at great prices. We will upload special deals every day. STORE POLICY:
{IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TELL YOU TO READ THIS! It's common sense, but we have to post it.}

Payment:

1. We take deposits! That saves the sale price for 30 days. Cash, check (NOT post-dated (that's illegal)), debit card, or credit card.
2. We have layaway, with no extra charge, which also saves the sale price for the duration of the layaway (90 days)! Cash, check (NOT post-dated (that's illegal)), debit card, or credit card.
7. You CANNOT take any merchandise until it is completely paid for.
8. We DO NOT take post-dated checks (IT'S ILLEGAL!).
9. All deposits and layaway payments are non-refundable.
10. Sales only last the day that it's posted, even if it's posted at 5:59 p.m., unless arrangements are made.
11. Sale prices posted on here assume payment of cash or check. We may charge up to 5% extra if payment is with any type of card (credit or debit).
12. First come, first serve.
13. We do NOT hold any merchandise for anyone unless there is a deposit first. A verbal (including "written" agreement on here or anywhere else online does NOT count as a deposit). Then there is a commitment to pay off that item.
14. No refunds or exchanges on sale/clearance merchandise.

15. No refunds or exchanges on regularly priced items.
16. All of these rules apply on here, anywhere else on the internet, and in person at each store.

Online Ordering:

1. Store policies listed above do apply to online ordering, but we do not take deposits.
2. Payment for online order must clear before item is ordered and before you can pick it up.
3. Order must be paid in full before item is ordered and before you are able to pick it up.
4. We do accept payment through Paypal. Please contact us for details.
5. We do accept money orders. Please contact us for details.
6. Online ordering prices assume payment of cash or check. We will charge 4% handling fee with payment of any card (debit, credit), or Paypal.
7. Merchandise not picked up or shipped within 30 days will be considered "abandoned goods" and there will be no refunds on the payment of these items. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange pick up or shipping.
8. Customer must give driver's license number when credit/debit card are used over phone or messaging on internet.
9. Driver's license is taken to verify customer's identity when credit/debit card number is taken over the internet or phone.
10. If customer gives credit/debit card and driver's license information over the internet or phone, contract must be signed saying that action was taken place by that customer and they allowed use of that card.
11. Once product is received by us, we will inspect it. We will then take a picture of it and any possible damage. Customer will then sign for product. This will state that the product is the customer's responsibility and any further, if any, damage done is not the responsibility of Richfield of Dreams, Plaza Furniture, any of their employees, or any of the manufacturers.
12. Customized shipping must be prearranged by customer and it is at an additional fee.
13. All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges.
