Rick sure does baby his chickens! They are safely put up in their chicken house each night and let out into their fenced and covered lot each morning. They are fed only local, antibiotic free feed and for extra nutrition he feeds them kale and sea kelp. The goal is to be able to provide the best and most nutritious eggs available. We think he has accomplished this. Talk about some good eating! Fried eggs, scrambled eggs, deviled eggs, egg salad! YUM! Delicious in potato salad & chicken salad, too. Or just boil them and eat them. You really will be able to tell the difference between farm fresh eggs & store bought eggs.
