1 Hand-led Pony, 1 hour: $150.00
1 Hand-led Pony, 2 hours: $250.00
1 Hand-led Pony, 3 hours: $350.00
1 Hand-led Pony, 4 hours: $450.00


2 Hand-led Ponies, 1 hour: $250.00
2 Hand-led Ponies, 2 hours: $350.00

**Discounts may be available for larger party times/number of ponies or weekday events.

We CAN NOT downgrade your event once you have already booked. However, if you would like to upgrade your event or add additional time or a pony we are welcome to do so as long as we have them available during that time.


There will be a optional charge of $20.00 extra for your choice of color on pony. This fee will include color added onto ponies mane and tail.


There will be a optional charge $35.00 extra for color, the age the child will be turning on pony, plus theme to match party favors and or party theme.


WEIGHT LIMIT:
rider weight limit is 100 lbs however, if there is a child over the weight limit we will make sure we find a way to let them interact with our ponies. Just please make sure you observe and handle this before the pony rides start, as it is not our responsibly to manage the children's weight.

PAYMENTS:
A none-refundable deposit of $50.00 OR %25 (whichever is greater) is required to reserve your party (this amount is included in your party pricing listed above) Deposits can be paid by cash or PayPal. Payments will be due in full when we arrive at the event. We will be unable to set-up until payment has been made. Sorry for this inconvenience but this keeps everyone on schedule. If we must wait for the payment the time will be reflected in your event time.


INDOOR EVENTS:
If the event is indoor you shall provide and dispose of all floor covering needed to protect the floor from surface damage.


DAMAGE
We will endeavor to minimize damage to the grounds although we cannot guarantee that damage will not occur. Please be aware the ponies will make imprints on the lawn regardless of the conditions.
We will tidy up all waste generated by the ponies before departing.


DOG POLICY:
please keep all dogs locked up, where they can not get out during the event. If dogs get out pony rides will be stopped until the dog is placed away. Excited dogs charging, barking or nipping at the animals could be a serious safety hazard. This policy is for the safety of our pony and your children. Should your pet get loose and injure any of our animals you will be responsible for any vet bills. Should the dog cause a death of a animal you will be responsible for payment in full of whatever a replacement animal may cost. Replacement animals will be selected by Ride Along Pony Parties due to the fact that not all animals are suitable for this type of work.


BATHING SUITS: If you are having a pool party or water slide we ask that all the riders are dry before starting the pony rides. Wet bathing suits are NOT allowed on the saddles.


WORKING SURFACE: The animals may work on grass, dirt or sand. The area in which the animals are working may not have been treated chemical pesticides or fertilizers within 7 days of your event, as it may be a health hazard for them and could kill our animals. We DO NOT work on pavement, cement, hills or rocks!!!


SITE INSPECTION:
When we arrive at the party, a site inspection will be done, along with the party host, so we can determine the best place for the pony rides to be held. The party host will be asked to sign the safety inspection report. We will be looking at these items to insure we select the best place possible for the pony rides. there MUST be a safe location for our ponies.


UNDERSTANDING AND RESPECTING OUR PONIES:
Please make sure the children are kept in party or where pony rides will be held to allow us time to get the pony off the trailer and prepare for pony rides. This will only take a few minutes and is VERY important that we have this time to get our ponies ready. No children what so every are allowed at the trailer during set up or unloading the pony. No pictures or visits to the pony during this time!!! Please also remember we DO NOT allow anyone to feed the ponies during your event.
Please make sure if you have a trampoline, bounce house, play set, water slides etc. that they are located away from the pony rides or that they are stopped during this time. No balls, or balloons played with during rides. We have VERY safe, sweet and reliable ponies but as any pony/horse they are herd animals, when in new places it is always possible for one to spook at loud noises. With riders being so small they could easier fall off if this happened and this could be dangerous to the pony and the rider. Please remind the children to use there inside voice and to not run up and scream at the ponies please. We at Ride Along Pony Parties understand that almost every child gets excited to see a pony at a party.. who wouldn't? Just please respect that they are in new places and they are not dogs, they are ponies and you have to be soft and gentle around them. Remind your children that we never walk behind a pony as it could scare them and they could kick. Parents taking photographs need to say out of the pony riding area please we will work with the parent to assure they are able to take those much wanted photos. Frequently we have a very small area for pony rides. When photographers come into that area, sometimes with kids tagging alone it can present a safety hazard. Children with bare feet or sandals are not allowed to walk up to the pony. Please make sure that if a child does not have shoes on or has sandals that a parent carry the child to the pony ride. Please make sure that during the pony rides parents are keeping a eye out on their children and not letting them run around the pony area or screaming. We love our parties and riders but it is very important that we can do our job with the pony and riders and not have to focus on what is going on around them.

We want to make it fun and memorable for the children but in order to do so it is VERY important that you read over and help us with each of these request listed above. We will not be able to start pony rides until we feel the situation is safe and under control.


PARKING FOR TRUCK AND TRAILER:
You must block off at least 50 feet for truck and trailer to park in. WE CAN NOT PARALLEL PARK. We must be able to pull in parking spot and drive out of it. Please make sure that you do not fail to provide parking. If you do so the time will be cut from the time of your event until we are able to park the trailer properly.


CANCELLATIONS:
We here at Ride Along Pony Parties understand that things come up and that sometimes a client may have to cancel their party. However pony events are rain or shine. If weather does not permit and you choose to cancel for ANY reason please remember your deposit is NONE-REFUNDABLE. Reserving the ponies for your event makes them unavailable for other events or clients. Should you for any reason have to cancel your event in less the the 7 day notice, you are still responsible for payment made in FULL on your original party date. If cancellations are made before the 7 days you may receive a refund minus your NONE-REFUNDEDABLE deposit paid at the time of booking. If we arrive at your party or are in route to your event and weather becomes bad the hosting party is responsible for providing shelter for rides. If you do not do so and choice to cancel your event due to weather you will be required to pay event payment in FULL. If you choice to cancel before the 7 days due to weather you will receive party refund minus your deposit. We sometimes during your event day will have other times available, if you choice to request another time slot for your event due to weather it must be no later then 3 hours prior to arrive time. Note: Most of the time we will have bookings and this option will not be available.


MILEAGE: Ride Along Pony Parties charges a one way mileage charge for hauling our animals from our farm to your venue. Price is $1.75 a mile one way, we charge the mileage fee to your venue ONLY and we are responsible for our trip back. If your event is over 60 miles away from 35953 you pay only 0.75 a mile for each additional mile after we hit the 60 mile mark.
