Our TV room features a 65" Flat Screen, perfect for movies and sports! Our enormous Dining table easily seats 8 and there are plenty of areas in the home to find privacy. Trillium Golf and Lake Country Club is the perfect getaway destination — breathtaking natural beauty, vast skies and virtually limitless outdoor recreational opportunities. Free amenities include Hiking, Garden Golf (bring your own 9 iron and putter!) a Huge Community Fire Pit just steps from the house and of course, quiet roads for long walks. For an optional fee of $185.00 per week, access to all Trillium Amenities can be included. Trillium Amenities include a World Class Golf Course (cart fees are extra) Unlimited Driving Range, access to Lake Glenville, Boating and Kayaking (rental fees extra) Indoor and Outdoor Tennis, Fully equipped Fitness Center, Garden Golf, Children's Camp (extra fees) Croquet, Trout Pond, Hiking, Two Restaurants with Incredible Lake or Mountain Views and even a Serenity Chapel! Our home is situated in Turkey Knob, an intimate enclave of eleven homes, within The Ridges of Trillium, featuring a Very Large central Fire Pit, great for Bon Fires and s'mores! We are very close to the Tennis, Croquet, Hiking, Garden Golf and Fitness Center, minutes from all other Trillium amenities and only 12 minutes from town! We are professionally managed by a local agency whose services include providing check-in/check-out, cleaning service and linens, Paper products, bath, dish, laundry and dishwasher soaps are also provided. They are also available for all emergency issues.
