Rents for subsidized units are based on income. There are no maximums for assets, but .06% of their value are counted towards a person's annual income.
The Housing Authority operates off of wait lists. Depending on the location and size of the units, our various wait list range from 1.5 years to 6.
The Ridgefield Housing Authority welcomes applications on a weekday schedule of 8 to 5, M-F.
