Ring Fitness uniquely challenges a person by providing a constant proprioceptive enriched environment. This allows Ring Fitness to be flexible when challenging/training our clients with bodyweight and rings (calisthenics). The goal is not to shame a client for mistakes/struggles, it is to encourage and build our client to their desired goals....creating an environment of camaraderie!
