Sarasota Ringling Redskins

Sarasota Caloosa Youth Football is the new generation of Youth Football and Cheerleading at the Ringling Redskins Complex.

Founded in 1960, The Sarasota Ringling Redskins is one of the oldest non-profit youth programs still in existence in Florida. For 57 years, we have been changing the lives of young men and women from ages
5-15.
Our mission is to develop children into well rounded individuals who learn the fundamentals of football and cheerleading, as well as the importance of education, a sound character, discipline, responsibility and integrity. We are not just a football organization; we are a family that realizes the importance of giving back to our community. We believe these children are the future leaders of our community.
More than 45,000 children have participated in our program and some have gone on to play in college and over one hundred have had the opportunity to play in the NFL. (listed below are just a few)
As we look toward the start of the 2017 season, we find ourselves in need of some help from our community of past participants and Sarasota residents. Many of you either played for, cheered for, or may have been one of the 3+ generations that have gone through our program.
It is time to replace equipment and give the buildings a face lift! The county has replaced the lights and will refresh the fields, but we need to do our part.
Please help with time, talent, or treasure – the “3 T’s” of charitable work. We would ask that if you are unable to give us a tax-deductible donation, (501 (c) (3)) please consider giving us some time or talent!
Your generous tax deductible donation you will enable us to continue to provide children with the opportunity to grow and learn through teamwork, hard work, competition and community.
Please specify on your donation how you would like your donation applied: Helmets, Uniforms, Scholarships. Last year over 40 children received scholarships.
