RiPT Fitness offers class-based, high intensity interval workouts. Focusing on interval sprints combined with free weight and body weight exercises, RiPT is designed to torch body fat and elicit an “afterburn” effect, keeping you burning calories up to 36 hours post-workout. We set the industry standard by only using top of the line equipment and mandating that all of our instructors have at least a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, or related. Our Bainbridge facility also has a smoothie and clean eating bar right on site to help you refuel post-workout.
