Mission Statement

The Mission of Rise Again Recovery and Wellness is to provide evidenced based treatment for individuals and their families who suffer from the ravages of addiction and co-occurring disorders. We focus on the individual needs of the client knowing that “one size” does not fit all and embrace complimentary and alternative treatment modalities that have proven efficacy. We are committed to conducting ourselves to the highest ethical standards and recognize the sacred duty that we have to all those whose lives are entrusted to our care.
Vision Statement

We will achieve our mission and vision by providing professional individual and group counseling and guidance, utilizing the treatment modalities of evidenced based therapy including Existential therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Psychotherapy, and Motivational Therapy. Clients in our PHP program will receive 24 hours of combines individual and group therapy, as well as psycho-education. Clients in our IOP program will receive 15 hours of individual and group therapy, as well as psycho-education.

• Stress Management
In addition to these groups, clients will attend 2 hours per day Primary Caseload; 4 times a week for PHP and 2 times a week for IOP. Primary Caseload clients will learn how to build trust with other individuals and increase their social skills, as well as to experience the therapeutic value of one addict helping another, through interpersonal learning and shared life experiences.
Our program also includes a minimum of 1 hour a week per individual for individual therapy for both our PHP and IOP clients. Each client will have an individualized treatment plan that will be modified as necessary, to ensure that the treatment is meeting the person’s changing needs.
Clients will also have access to Case Management services, which will include legal pending issues, housing, and employment.
