Office tenants — a creative mix of architects and designers, software and pharmaceutical firms — enjoy the services found in first class commercial space. A cafe featuring delicious locally grown specialties occupies Building 10, the fabulous little slate roofed building at the front of the campus. The Northwest Bike path crosses a new bridge at the Rising Sun Dam on the Woonasquatucket River and connects to Donigian Park on the western edge of the campus.
