River Oaks Residents spend up to $100K to decorate their homes like 3404 Del Monte with $40K in statues & artificial tree and the home with the Santa! Each home is different and is installed by each homeowner or their vendors!

Starting Day Friday after Thanksgiving and ends Dec 25th! Some residents leave Decorations and Lights until January 2nd but each home is decorated independently.

Lights On= 5:30pm
Lights Off = 10:30pm
