River Run 5K - Run for a Reason

The River Run 5K is a Run for a Reason! Each year the race raises money for a local non-profit organization. This year's beneficiary is 4KIDS of South Florida ( https://www.facebook.com/4KidsofSFL), Place of Hope, and City House Delray. We are thrilled to walk along side these wonderful foster care agencies that helps kids who are placed into foster care grow up in loving homes with families that can support them.

The course begins and ends at Spanish River Church, located on the corner or Yamato Road and St. Andrews Blvd. It's a beautiful, flat course great for runners and walkers alike. All ages are welcome! We have kids as young as 6 years old running and our oldest competitors are in their 80's!

Awards are given in male/female categories in 5 year increments starting at 9 and under and ending at 80+. Awards are also given for the Top 3 in male and female categories.

Your race registration includes a goody bag, post race food and entries into our post event raffles. The raffle prizes are great - well worth hanging around until the end!

This year's race will include TEAM Registrations. Grab 10 or more people and form a team. You'll receive a discounted registration fee, and a team photo on race day. What a great way to make an impact while having fun!
