we don't define or selves as just one type of cuisine. our approach 2 food is simple. we buy the freshest seafood from all over the world . we also buy only certified angus beef from the great markets in chicago graded upper 10% choice or higher.then we age it for a minimum of 48 days maximum 56 too ensure a tender and rich beef experince.. we cook from our souls and with the mix of latin influnce, southern charm with a dash of the mediteranian,asian and european stylings thrown in,with a casual comfortable warm enviorment, we have created a place we all can escape 2. the natives are freindly and the drinks are poured just right (if you know what i mean lol) the wine flows and we hope you leave more than satisfied! thats the type restaurant we like 2 call riveras!!!!
