Since 2005, Handgolf has blown up on the sports scene and provided many with some unforgettable memories. It has taken the creator, Jimmy Fabel, literally hundreds of hours to get the course into the condition that it is today. After thousands of rounds of Handgolf were thrown, some say that the culminating moment for this sport was on June 2nd, 2012. That day, competitors from all over the country gathered to compete for the title of International Handgolf Champion. After 6 rounds of Handgolf played by 3 groups, the Final Round was set. The top 8 players out of 21 then battled intensely until almost dusk, at which time the Awards ceremony took place. Tristen Geisenhouse was presented the Last place (-5) trophy and certificate, Brad Edwards was awarded the 3rd place (-44) trophy, certificate and cash prize, Noah Huffman was awarded the 2nd place (-45) trophy, certificate and cash prize and finally, Jimmy Fabel was awarded the Championship (-48) trophy, certificate and cash prize as well as the Hole-in-One Championship.
