Riverside Innovation

Riverside Innovation is located across the street from the Riverside Golf Course and behind the 207 Riverside Indoor Athletic Field. It can be accessed off of Caddie Drive and Tee Lane

Riverside Innovation is a series of connected live/work buildings grouped around a number of landscaped public plazas. A Brewery will anchor the project, there will be a restaurant and a Botanical Garden connected to the Portland Trail System.

The live/work buildings have 12' ceilings with 10' overhead doors, the upper floor is an open loft apartment with balconies that overlook the plazas.
