Riverside Nature Center offers something good for everyone! Enjoy a stroll along the trails that lead through the arboretum and along the banks of the beautiful Guadalupe River and Town Creek! See hundreds of species of native plants and animals! Participate in one of our fantastic Earth Day or Down by the Riverside Celebrations! We offer educational opportunities for adults in the form of interesting programs featuring expert speakers! Educational opportunities abound for children, as well, including summer camps, Junior Naturalist programs and school field trips. Stop by the visitor center to see displays including live animals and the sweetest little gift shop in town! Got nature questions? We've got nature experts who can answer them for you! For members, we have a fully stocked library to help you with all your educational pursuits! Learn about rainwater harvesting! The possibilities are endless as to how you can use YOUR nature center!
