Our lavish one, two and three bedroom apartment homes offer distinctive floor plans with gourmet kitchens, cozy wood burning fireplaces, ceiling fans, and generous balconies. Pet Policy:
Cats and dogs are allowed. Pet deposit $300 for dog, $150 for cat. (maximum of 2 pets per apartment). No aggressive breeds, no dogs over 50lbs. Pet rent: $15 for one pet, $25 for two.

Directions:
From Portland: Take I-5 south to exit 294 & Hwy 99W(Tigard/Newberg). Follow 99W 4 miles. Turn right on Fischer Road. From Salem: Take I-5 north to exit 292 (Tigard/Beaverton)& Hwy 217. Stay on 217 to 99W (Tigard/McMinnville), turn left at the signal and go 3 miles. Turn right on Fischer Road.
