ABOUT THE RIVIERA BAY BEACH CLUB

Full membership in the RBBC Association is for property owners and their families within the boundaries of the Riviera on the Bay Development. (call or email for boundaries) An assessment fee is required on your property which certifies your share as an owner of the Beach Club. Yearly dues is presently $ 115.00 which includes one adult ticket to the Annual Picnic.

Property owners in the Riviera on the Bay Development should inquire if the assessment has already been paid by a former owner. If so the certificate can be transferred for a one time fee of $ 100.00. If not satisfied by the former owner there will be an assessment of $ 400.00 for membership which can be paid over 5 years, if desired.

Social membership is for renters or property owners and their families outside the Riviera on the Bay Development. Toms River residence is required. Seasonal dues is presently $ 165.00 which includes one adult ticket the the Annual Picnic.

The beach and clubhouse will be open to the members and their guests from 11 am to 5 pm daily during the season, mid June to Labor Day. Lifeguards are on duty daily during this time. All members receive a key to the pedestrian gate which allows beach access before and after the season and on off hours during the season. No beach badges will be issued although the Lifeguards and Directors are in possession of membership rosters and are authorized to challenge any patrons during the season. Please be cooperative and respectful. Remember children under 14 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult member.

Swimming at times could be more difficult due to the ongoing jelly fish situation in the Bay. Please use caution if using the water.

Our calendar of events and changes for the season(s) will be emailed to the membership and also will be posted in the clubhouse. Please enclose with your dues or membership application your email address for future notifications and changes.

Clubhouse rentals are available to members of the previous season in good standing and with paid up dues for the season. Applications will be accepted as of March 1st each season. The requirements for renting the clubhouse will be strictly enforced. Enclosed is the requirements for rentals. PLEASE read! All damages will be the responsibility of the renting member.
