The Road to Graduation, Sponsored by the Office of Academic Success and Retention Programs is proud to support all upper class students on their path to success.

ASRP's Initiatives include:

**The Adult Success Programs**

The Adult Success Programs are dedicated to lifelong learning. We offer academic, career, and personal supportive services to non-traditional adult learners throughout their college experience. Our initiatives encompass students within the CAL program (25 Years or Older freshman and Transfer) as well as the Older Adult Tuition Waiver Program (65 Years and Older Undergraduate and Graduate).

**The Pre-College Summer Program**

The Pre-College Summer Program (PCSP) was established to provide students who are identified as needing developmental instruction as per their MSUPT results, with a comprehensive and affordable learning experience, via an intensive 6 week summer program.

**The Transfer Student Program and Orientation**

ASRP is happy to support students as they transition to their new home as an MSU Red Hawk. The transfer program aims to engage new students in a variety of support systems including Orientations, Peer Mentoring Programs, Advising support, and a variety of on-campus resources. "Fresh Start, New Possibilities"

**Take ACTION**

The Action program was designed to reach out directly to any student returning from a semester of academic difficulty (With the support of several other on campus entities. The program aims to assist students in the development academic plans and provide them with the proper tools to carry out these steps.

**The STEER Program**

STEER was created to provide programmatic resources and support to both new Montclair State transfer students and/or returning students who may have experienced some "bumps" on their road to academic success in recent semesters. STEER will help students overcome and navigate any obstacles impacting their journey towards success through hands-on academic advising and support systems provided by the ASRP advising team.
