Roadside Church

Roadside Church a new to the Kent/Ravenna area. Our church services are held in the bar at Bill Whites Twin star lanes in Kent Ohio at 9:30 am. We provide childcare for kids 8 and under. Dress however you like because all are welcome!

Roadside Church is all about the gospel and the grace of God. This is the reality that saves a soul and also grows them for the glory of Christ daily. Acheivment for God is not what we are chasing as a church... We are after the glory of God and a church who understands how true transformation occurs.

As a church we operate simply. We host Sunday gatherings, Missional communities, and are intentional about one on one discipleship.

Here are some of our values:
1. Jesus:
Jesus must be at the head of His church's vision. This doesn't happen naturally. We will fight to keep Jesus as the central focus and allow Him to lead His church.

2. Historic and Biblical Teaching:
What we believe and teach is always from God's inspired Word. We will hold strong to historic reformed theology.

3. Cultural Context:
Everything we do: decor, music, preaching, and how we participate in mission will take the community's culture into account.

4. Organic Ministry:
The majority of ministry accomplished by the church will be done through its people outside of the church building and central structure.

5. Transforming Men:
As the man goes so does his family and his community. Men have tremendous power of influence that we will direct and reform through the power of the Gospel.

6. Planting Churches:
We desire to be a church who sends and starts other churches.
