Hi! My name is Rob Hess Broker/REALTOR and I ask of you to please give me a minute or so to tell you a little bit about myself so you may better get to know me, and why you would want me to be your Real Estate Agent. I am not here to woo you with all of my many achievements. I consider that fluff on a REALTORS resume! I am here to tell you about my RESULTS!

Real Estate is my livelihood so that is why I take pride in my work and sign my name to everything I do! I have been blessed in this business! Not only do I get to meet some of the greatest people that walk this earth but I love what I do! Buying a home may be one of the most expensive purchases you may ever make in your life. Real Estate has been my Full Time Profession for almost 15 years now. There are some things my business is built on like Integrity, Loyalty and Experience. All of those important qualities just happen to be in your best interest in an Agent.

My Integrity in this business is to do the right thing even when no one else is looking. That means full disclosure to you of anything that may be important to you while making your final decision on purchasing your next home.

You will have no doubt about my Loyalty to you. Your confidential business is no one else’s business. When you need to talk with me you will rest assured to know that I am right there for you every step of the way. I realize that you may have certain time frames in order to look at homes. Yes, that means even if it takes nights and weekends I will be there for you all the way and for whatever it takes!

I have the Experience. I was born and raised in Dubuque. Who better knows Dubuque than me? I have a vast wealth of knowledge about the Dubuque area. Almost 15 years of Full Time experience negotiating deals and being in about every situation you can imagine. My job is to make your purchase fun and smooth every step of the way.
