We offer Large or Small group training, as well as One-on-One training sessions to help you reach your goals in an environment that suits you!

Robert Gray has been a Personal Trainer for 4 years and counting. His journey in Health & Fitness began soon after graduating from Folsom High School when he decided to attend Bryan College for a two year Associates of Science degree in Advanced Heath & Fitness. After graduating from Bryan College, Robert enrolled at the California University of Pennsylvania and will graduate at the end of 2013 with a Kinesiology Degree with a focus in Sports Management. Robert has continued to evolve as a Personal Trainer throughout the past 4 years and believes that constant growth and learning as a professional and coach is imperative to providing quality and in-depth training to all clients!
