Life Coaching consists of helping you to take an honest look at where you are and then helping navigate to where you want to be. As an Intuitive, my coaching can go beyond traditional processes.

I can help you to find balance in all areas of your life. Sessions can be done via Skype, phone or email. If in my local area, sessions can take on more flexibility and venture into less traditional areas such as actual re-organization of the space in which you live. Sessions are $50. per hour and will address the areas you wish to confront. They will go at your pace and your direction with guidance from me.

No doubt you have probably heard of the Law of Attraction. Though it has gained favor in popular culture, it is no fad, it is very real. You attract your life experiences through the interaction of your strongest beliefs, emotions and actions.

I will help you to understand the basics of how energy works, influences and shapes your life and your experiences. I will help equip you with seemingly basic but powerful techniques that will allow you to use your energy effectively to make the changes you wish to see within yourself and in your life.

We create our own realities though our choices, thoughts and beliefs. However, just to understand this on an intellectual level is not enough, we need to understand it on a deeper level. This is part of what my coaching sessions do.
