Whether you are looking to do your first Mud Run or better your time at your 9th Spartan Race, Rugged Obstacle Course (ROC) Training will provide you with the tools to achieve your goals.
ROC Training is a fitness program created to prepare athletes for Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) i.e. Spartan, Tough Mudder, Rugged Maniac etc. We hold twice weekly OCR style workouts where you will train with other ROC Athletes directly focused on the functional fitness needed for these runs. We will utilize multiple obstacles that racers will see throughout different OC runs, so you can feel comfortable and ready for the challenge ahead.
