Rochester / Marion KOA Journey

Nearly 20 golf courses, trout streams and scenic biking and hiking trails entertain campers in the Rochester area, which regularly tops "best places to live" surveys. For a really cool time (48 degrees year-round), explore Mystery Cave's 13 miles of natural passageways. Or visit the world-famous Mayo Clinic. There's plenty of fun at this KOA, too, including playgrounds, badminton, flying disc golf, pedal karts and a pool. It's easy to relax in the rural setting with grassy areas as well as shady spots. Groups gather in comfort in the meeting room, which is heated and air-conditioned, as are the Camping Cabins. Enjoy a TV/DVD combo in the Cabins as well. You're less than two hours from the Mall of America and a day's drive to Mount Rushmore and the Wisconsin Dells. The campground staff will walk your dog and check on your cat.
