Rochester Montessori School

Rochester Montessori School (RMS), established in 1968, educates children to become global minded thinkers who are self-reliant. Located on a 15 acre campus, RMS enrolls children from 18 months through the 8th grade. RMS is also an authorized International Baccalaureate World School for middle school students.

We currently enroll 200 children from over 25 countries, Our classrooms are filled with hands-on learning materials which students use to understand concepts, develop skills, solve problems, and communicate findings. A Montessori/IB education leads children to become independent thinkers who are also able to work effectively on group projects. We also teach Spanish, physical and health education, music, and art.
