Rock Mills is a census-designated place (CDP) in Randolph County, Alabama, United States. At the 2010 census the population was 600, down from 676 in 2000. According to the U.S. Census, from 1890 until the 1920s, Rock Mills was an incorporated community. The racial makeup of the CDP was 97.63% White, 2.22% Black or African American, 0.15% from other races. 1.63% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.There were 282 households out of which 29.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.9% were married couples living together, 10.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 31.9% were non-families. 27.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 14.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
