We have an array of cardio equipment featuring our Step Mills and the all popular Arc Trainers. We offer 2 free weight areas featuring an indoor area with new benches, dumbell rack, Smith and squat racks. The Pit, aka "Grunt Room" allows for your old school version of working out with plenty of free weights and room to get a little rowdy. In addition choose from a variety of our weight machines, Hammer Strength and cardio equipment Our locker rooms feature steam and sauna, lockers and dressing rooms along with complimentary towel service. We offer Kids Club for ages 6 months to 12 years (see our schedule for nursery hours). We have the best prices in the area. New additions soon to come.
