Rock Rentals

Rock Rentals is a young family owned residential property management company that grew out of personal interest in real estate investment and management. As customers, we know how we like to be treated by businesses. Our business philosophy is pretty simple—treat people like that!

We provide tenants with houses that are clean, well maintained, attractive, and fairly priced. It isn't as important to me what area of town or what price range we manage houses in, as long as every potential tenant that walks in is pleasantly surprised with the quality of the house, and feels its value is above average. I tell each tenant that I won't waste either of our time telling them that everything is perfect, but all of our houses are clean, everything works, and if it quits working, we fix it. We show we value our tenants by giving them gift baskets when they move in, and we leave small gifts every time we do our quarterly inspections.

For the owner, we combine the best of relationships with the efficiency and professionalism of modern technology. We use AppFolio, a complete property management software solution that enables us to quickly and accurately track all income and expenditures, allow tenants to pay rent and submit maintenance requests online, generate transparent and accurate monthly owner statements with as much or as little information as you choose, and provide an owner portal for you to log in and view all of your stored monthly reports. In addition to the monthly reports, we send out year-end statements that provide you or your accountant with all of the information you need to prepare your Schedule E of your tax return. Since the bottom line has to work for either of us to be successful, we work hard to make sure that growth of relationships and profits are synergistic .
