Turf Training: our indoor turf offers a realistic feel for athletes as it mimics the very turf and grass fields that they compete on; it presents a low-impact alternative to many hard training surfaces used in schools and gymnasiums. We can create customized workouts for each athlete designed to help them excel in their specific sport.
Tabata: 20 secs on, 10 secs off. This class keeps your heart rate up while working the whole body. Great for beginners to the skilled.
Butts and Guts: Looking to tone your back side, or create a stronger core this class is perfect. With concentration from the core down, this class is low impact and perfect for the beginner.
Personal Training: From one on one training to small groups(4), this is YOUR class. Structured around your needs, the trainer works with you to meet your goals.
Kids Camp: Kids need exercise too! This dynamic class id designed with kids in mind. It is both fun, and keeps them moving. Works on balance, endurance and strength Perfect way to burn off some of that energy!.
