CrossFit is defined as "constantly varied functional movements executed at a high intensity". We take everyday movements (pulling, pushing, squatting) and put them in as many variations as we can and we do them at an intensity that will increase your work capacity. CrossFit strives to create athletes that are "good" at many tasks rather than "great" at few. We also offer fitness and sport specific training for local athletes.
