Pueblo's first fully owned and operated Nurse Pratitioner Clinic. We are a full service primary care clinic taking patients 14 years and older. We accept Medicare and Medicaid and most major insurance plans. We also welcome non-insured/cash paying patients. We focus on acute and chronic care, home visits, family planning and contraception, school physicals, DOT physicals, etc. Call for more information and an appointment or walk-ins welcome.
