All of our beef is raised and fed by us personally. Any cattle we purchase spends a minimum of 5 months on our feeding program. They are grain fed using natural sources. No growth hormones, growth stimulants or low level antibiotics are fed.
Our cattle are slaughtered at a state inspected locker plant, with each one being individually inspected. Carcasses are "aged" before being cut, wrapped and quick frozen. This increases natural tenderness and flavor. No synthetic enhancements or colorings are used. Our cattle are 15-20 months of age at slaughter.
Our pigs are all born and raised on our farm. No pig from any other source has entered the herd for 16 years, This reduces the need for medications or antibiotics. Our pigs are slaughtered at a state inspected locker plant, with each animal being individually inspected. They are then cut. wrapped and quick frozen.
Roasting pigs and grill rentals are also available.
We also raise all of our roasting chickens. They are Cornish Rock pullets that we raise to 12 weeks of age. We use no growth stimulants. No antibiotics are given after 4 weeks of age. This requires us to label them “not inspected”. They will be delivered frozen.
Orders can be emailed to us and we will reply with an invoice upon an availability check. Otherwise, feel free to stop in and just 'shop' during our hours. Unless their is a large demand for a certain item, we feel we can meet your needs.
