Rolling Meadows Farm

As our guest you will feel the peace and tranquility of Rolling Meadows Farm. You can visit with us for just a few hours or the day. You can stroll through our pastures, gardens, paths through the woods to our spring fed creek, make friends with our Nubian Goats, Huacaya Alpacas, rare free range hens, or just sit for a spell and enjoy the calming effect of our sustainable life style while watching the birds. (finch, chickadees, titmice, bluebirds, blue jays, orange and red headed woodpeckers, cardinals to name a few) You may also choose to explore our Century old Bank Barn. (1889) The barn’s structure, materials and architecture are amazing.

Rolling Meadows Farm is also home to Thistle Fink Gardens (Thistle Fink is Amish for Finch). Like the entire Farm, our gardens are chemical free. We grow apples, peaches, grapes, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, elderberries, kiwi, rhubarb, asparagus, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, cucumbers, eggplant, corn, squash, plus various herbs and flowers.

You may also enjoy visiting our farm store which includes all items grown and produced on the farm. The store has a variety of items from farm fresh brown eggs, seasonal fruits and vegetables, to alpaca sweaters.

Our charming homestead is located in the Heart of Ashland County’s Amish community. We are located just 5 miles from the I-71 West Salem exit, 45 minutes from Akron, 1 hour from downtown Cleveland, 1 hour 15 minutes from Columbus.
