Rolling Meadows Ranch

Rolling Meadows Ranch began as a family vision in 2014. We spent many months searching for the perfect piece of property to fulfill our dream. In November of 2014, the property search was over. 40 rolling acres of beauty, 2 ponds, a log cabin, and plenty of green meadows stole our hearts. This once established equestrian facility was now the future site of our venue.

Planning quickly began and the Winter was spent researching, designing, tweaking and perfecting every last detail of our venue. With the help of 4 detailed architects, the design process took 6 months to complete and our vision was finally put to paper. We decided to custom build a 7700 square foot timber-frame facility. This beautiful venue can seat 325 guests and is equipped with a prep kitchen, Men's dressing room, Women's dressing room (with a private back door to the restroom), a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, 160 foot wrap around porch, and 2 grand entrances. The building is designed to stand 32 feet tall and boasts a classic interior tongue and groove finish.

Spring and Summer of 2015 was spent passing all county regulations and receiving our seal of approval. Construction is now, underway, and we are looking forward to our grand opening in Summer of 2016. We are now welcoming 2017 & 2018 wedding, family reunion, holiday party, and corporate event reservations. We have quite a few events booked, so far, and look forward to our first year in beautiful historic Lebanon. Contact us, today, to schedule your next event!
