Romesco Mex Med comes from a line of legendary family owned Tijuana Restaurants, among them Saverios, Casa Plasencia , Caesars Restaurant, Giuseppis, and Finca Altozano in Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada. The Plascencia family has long been famous for their hospitality and cuisine internationally. Family Chef Javier Plascencia is recognized for his latest venture Mision 19 and Mixologia Bar20 in the Tijuana Business District.
