Roots Catering provides professional culinary services and event planning for off premise events. We can also host your affair in our own beautiful 100 seat banquet room. David Gomez, owner and executive chef enjoys creating beautiful, authentic and delicious dishes for every event. Each menu is personalized to fit the needs of our clientele and we work to create a unique and special flair. We strive to use local foods and products in all of our dishes and love sharing the uniqueness of the farming region we live in.
Root's Catering recently opened a restaurant. Roots Restaurant is a charming, local, foodie experience. We focus on sourcing our ingredients locally but our dishes are globally inspired!
