We offer classes in Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for students of all levels. Our staff has been involved with this sport for a lifetime and have a passion for teaching.

Roots has a strong background in international style and Muay Thai kickboxing. Muay Thai is one of the most proven and effective martial arts. In Muay Thai, practitioners punch, kick, knee, elbow and clinch fight. Our unique program is designed so that individuals see progress in both skill and fitness.

Whether you have little knowledge of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or bringing prior experience to our mats, you will be trained with the same curriculum, mindsets, and training methods that made Caio Terra himself a 9 time world champion. A world class program ran by some of the most respected and accomplished black belts around.
