Roper Strategies was formed when owner, Jess McLamb, realized her clients needed more than QuickBooks training and bookkeeping services (something the Roper Bookkeeping division of The Roper Group handles). They needed to understand how tracking and monitoring their financial data could help them make more informed business decisions.

Most small business owners understand their products or services but they don't understand the numbers side of their business.
