Rosa Lee Manor

We have a wedding package for almost any budget. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $1975 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $6600 for a full weekend of services including overnight.

Most couples use the Gazebo for their ceremony site. However, there are many other choices of backdrops if you're seeking something a bit more rustic. Stage your ceremony by the old weeping willow tree and cabin, by the arch next to the gardens and fountains, on the balcony or infront of the old rustic gray board fence.

The Gardens and patios are used as the setting for a beautiful outdoor garden party. Or you may move your reception into our Barn which is mostly glass - free of hay or that horsey smell. It still feels like you're outside; however, you're protected from weather giving you a beautiful area for dinner and dancing while being a sheltered option for the ceremony if the weather doesn't cooperate on your wedding day.

You may choose a package and customize it by adding your honeymoon night or extras such as ornate tike torches, wine barrels, flower wagons, things that add a special touch to your decorations.

You may choose your own vendors, including caterers. Or if you need help, we can make recommendations.

If you aren't from this area and expect to have many of your guests traveling to our location, Hampton Inn in Mount Airy provides discounted rates and accommodations for guests attending weddings at Rosa Lee Manor. You may also make arrangements for a shuttle service to assist with transporting guests back and forth during the wedding and reception times.

Our maximum capacity is 200.

We provide tours most Sunday afternoons 1pm-5pm. Appointments are required. There are no high pressure sales. If you just wish to stop by and look around, you're always welcome. If the weather is nice, feel free to bring a picnic basket and enjoy our patios and gardens for the afternoon. (No pets please.)
