Our apartments are located in a safe area and a fence surrounds the seven-acre complex for privacy and additional security. There are several banks, restaurants, grocery stores, a strip mall, and a hospital within walking distance of the complex. We have a laundromat on the premises located on the ground floor.

We have one and two bedroom apartments available. The apartments have an upgraded kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and bedroom(s). The apartments have a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and hardwood floors. Currently the rent for a one bedroom apartment is $580.00 per month and for a two bedroom apartment the rent is $610.00 per month which includes heat and hot water.

Garages are available at a reduced rate for our tenants. We also have self-storage units which are 10 feet by 20 feet and the rent is $90.00 per month (month-to-month lease), $80.00 per month (6 month lease), or $70.00 per month (year lease).

The rental office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. However, we have an answer service and our maintenance staff lives on the premises and is on call 24 hours per day.
