Enjoy this fun, fast-paced workout designed to boost your metabolism by combining strength training with high intensity cardio blasts. Designed for all fitness levels! Shape your body using your body weight and dumbbells for a complete workout. Bring a set of dumbbells and an exercise mat.

Outdoor Run Class
Come out and join us as we build endurance, strength and coordination as we tackle winter running. All running paces are welcome! We will utilize a different course every few weeks (weather and trail dependent).

Find accountability, new friends, and lots of fun. Throughout the season there are opportunities to participate in local running events and ladies nights out.
