Rotary Club of Cookeville - Sunset

In April 2012, we adopted the Adult High School. We helped with Helping Hands, Genesis House, Haitian orphanage, Habitat for Humanity and A Room at the Inn. The club worked with TTU students on an international service project where the TTU students had a sheet driver, One Hour Martinizing agreed to wash & fold the sheets, and Averitt Express agreed to ship to an orphanage in the Dominican Republic. A clothes drive for this orphanage is planned for this fall and a "water well" project in the works.

The club joins Rotary’s global network of volunteers in enhancing their communities and promoting international goodwill through club projects, scholarships, cultural exchanges, and grants for development and humanitarian projects.
