Our gym is a family-friendly, world-class fitness facility, conveniently located on Hwy 50 (75th Street) in Kenosha, WI (just West of Menards). Our gym is a family. We train, compete, and play together. We frequently have gym outings and celebrations, cheer on our teammates at WI Xtreme Cage Fighting, and travel to local and national competitions together.

Ben Rothwell is a Heavyweight Fighter in the Ultimate Fighting Championship ( UFC ), which is the highest level of Mixed Martial Arts competition in the world. Ben coaches our Kids and Adult Kickboxing classes and leads the MMA Competition Team training.

Gilmar Ferriera is a Second Degree Rickson Gracie Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Gilmar has over 16 year of BJJ experience and coaches our Kids and Adult BJJ.

Self-Defense Instructor, Horace Craft, has over 30 years law enforcement, martial arts, and tactical training. Horace served the Cudahy Police Department and brings real-world experience to the martial arts classroom. He teaches Self-Defense, Defense & Arrest Tactics (DAAT), and Kenpo.
