Founder Mitch Rotolo opened the first Rotolo’s Pizzeria in 1996, just a pizza’s toss away from Louisiana State University. Today – thanks to great food and great customers – Rotolo’s Pizzeria has risen to 28+ locations, with more set to come out of the oven soon!
