Round House Cafe at Two Waters

The Round House Café opened April 13th, 2009 and is part of the Two Waters Administration Complex of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community tribal government. We proudly served our one millionth customer in mid-June of 2017 and continue to serve close to 600 meals a day, including catering. Managed for the Community by ARAMARK, the Café serves a delicious variety of "regular American" daily offerings including burgers, soups, entrée specials, made to order deli sandwiches, pizza, calzones and stromboli -- in addition to a rotating variety of cultural menus, including many ethnic dishes from both around the country and across the world. Many of our Native American recipes were created locally by our staff, 80% of which are SRPMIC members, including hand-made chumuth (tortillas) and fry bread, Posole Verde, Menudo, Red Beef and Green Pork Chili, Tepary Beans, Zucchini-Corn & Cheese, Poshol, and many more.
